WHAT WE TRAIN 

 

THE TECHNICAL 

Players will be taught a wide range of technical skill-sets to elevate their performances to the next level. At JCF we preach SIMPLICITY X INTENSITY. This philosophy is guaranteed to make you a better player. 
 

THE PHYSICAL 

We help players take control of their body, so that they are able to stay balanced, strong and athletic as they progress on their footballing journey. Players will be given a variety of drills / movements to enhance their athleticism. 
 

THE MENTAL 

We develop the players mental game. This is such an under appreciated and under trained skill set which in our opinions sets player apart. We give player that inner self belief and confidence needed to truly elevate their game. 
 

THE TACTICAL 

Whether is position specific or all round game, we give player in depth tactical training so that they're ready to succeed on the pitch. Having this understanding will allow players to be 1 step ahead in their competitive matches and training. 

THE PROCESS 

STEP 1 

DECISION  
The player makes the decision that they're ready to take their game to the next level. They're ready to become the best versions of themselves. 

STEP 2 

SHOWCASE  
The player will have an initial assessment with one of our coaches. This session will be used to assess their current strengths and weaknesses. 

STEP 3 

DEVELOP 
After the assessment session, the coach will then reflect and create a bespoke training plan, designed to enhance the players strengths and elevate their weaknesses. 

STEP 4 

CHALLENGE  
Coach and player will get to work on the training sessions. here the player will be challenged in a supportive environment to really push themselves physically and mentally. 

STEP 5 

GROWTH 
Over the course of the sessions coach and player sit and reflect to recognise the growth and development of their ability which has took place. Be proud but not content, there's more to come! 

STEP 6 

PERFORM 
See the difference in performances. A clear improvement in overall ability will be visible in competitive matches and team training. Time to keep pushing.
