REGISTRATION FORM
To begin you or your child's 1 to 1 coaching journey, please complete and submit the registration form at the bottom of this page. This will give us all the information needed to get you started.
AVAILABILITY
Once the form has been submitted, we will be in contact via email, text or phone call to discuss scheduling in the players first session. We will do our best to accommodate a time and day requested.
ASSESSMENT SESSION
Session 1 will be an assessment session. This will be a fairly basic session based on the fundamentals so we can identify the players current strengths and weaknesses. This will also take into account any information you have provided us.
FREQUENCY
We encourage session to be ran on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. This is in order to make the training effective over the long term. This is because the training is based on building effective habits. This can be tricky to do if the training not consistent.
